Yes! PERIO REVIVE contains a powerful concentrated blend of effective botanical extracts. As such, it's normal to experience some tingling sensation. If intense burning or irritation occur, you may be allergic to some of the botanical ingredients, and should rinse with water and discontinue use.

No, although it conatins all natural botanical extracts, it is not meant to be consumed. Spit out any excess after brushing or rinsing, just as you would with any other dentifrice.
